Yonex Nanoray I Speed Badminton Racquet
YONEX Nanoray i Speed- Achieve SNAP BACK ZONE
With new and unique frame design, Yonex introduces the Nanoray I speed racket for advance badminton player for those who really need lighting fast racket response. This racket is equipped with snap back zone frame concept in which frame is kept at thinner at mid point at the top area and equipped with innovative material (more elastic material). This new configurations helps in generating explosive acceleration and repulsion from racket.
Further, to make more powerful shots, Yonex used compact frame in which more aerodynamic and compact frame is used (this will reduce the drag forces). By doing so, players get fast racket head speed and opportunity to get fast racket smashes. Yonex Nanoray i Speed equipped with long and slim shaft to generate maximum power. . To obtain more repulsion and stability, Yonex used X-Fullerene material (this bind the carbon fiber material) which gives 5% more repulsion and 15% more stability. This racket is available in Red color and suitable for fast game style.
Key Specification of YONEX Nanoray i Speed Badminton Racket
1. Weight of the racket is around 88 gms while its grip size is G4.
2. Racket frame material is HM graphite and super HMG (at top mid position).
3. Player can put 19 to 24 lbs string tension (recommended string: Yonex NBG 99) .
4. Racket flex is medium which gives control feel to badminton players.
5. This racket is equipped with SBZ technology which gives explosive power and superb acceleration. This type of racket characteristics helps player in playing better drop shots, fast drive shots and lightening fast smashes.
6. Racket is developed with compact frame which gives less air resistance and results into fast racket handling.
7. X-Fullerene material is used at racket shaft (X-Fullerene has 4 radial ribs which unite carbon atoms to form a football-like structure). This type of material structure at racket shaft gives 5% more repulsion and 15% more stability.
8. Improved Isometric shape of frame helps in enlarged sweet spot.
9. Powerful hits by YONEX Nanoray i Speed . Nanoray I speed is developed with horizontal A concept which helps in creating small racket frame. Further, it focuses on crating 4 main strings on horizontally. Due to flat horizontal angle of grommets, now string move very smoothly from string bed and creates enlarged sweet spot.
Technology in Yonex Nanoray i Speed Badminton Racket
Yonex Isometric Head Shape for Enlarged Sweet Spot
Yonex used Isometric head shape in this racket instead of oval shape. Isometric head shape designed to offer similar length of vertical string as horizontal string. This new frame shape offers following key benefits to players
A - Isometric shape gives better head stability.
B - Isometric head shape gives enlarged sweet spot by which player can place powerfull shots.
C - With Enlarged sweet spot , badminton player can hit effective shots even if shuttle hit off center.
Yonex Built in T Joint
Joint of any device is a weaker part and its affect the overall dynamic of the device. In Racket T joint is a weaker part and its affect the racket stability when shuttle hits the string bed. During shuttle impact on string bed, forces are transferred to T joint and if joint is weak in nature then it could cause direction instability of shuttle. Yonex identified this problem and developed built in T Joint. Yonex used Molded deep into the layers of graphite which gives joint free section and provide more rigid racket.
Yonex Control Cap
Control cap is a concept which is developed by Yonex to improve gripping of racket. Cap is a part which connect shaft with handle. Badminton player hold the racket from handle and finally grip its with Cap. Yonex used more flat surface on cap (88 PERCENT flat surface) which gives opportunity to grip more accurately
Yonex X-Fullerene
Yonex used lates X Fullerene material which uses 4 radial ribs combine the carbon atom to give football like structure. X Fullerene give cross link construction with following key benefits:
A - 5 % higher Repulsion power.
B - 15 % better Racket stability .
C - 6 % better Racket stiffness.
Yonex Compact Frame
Yonex used compact head shape in this racket. Compact frame offers lesser air resistance while it is easy maneuver. Further , due to less air resistance , player gets fast racket swing speed.
Yonex Snap Back Zone
Yonex Developed Snap back zone for this racket. In SBZ , Yonex used thinner top sides of frame head. By making thinner section , further a very elastic material EX-HMG is used. The combination of thinner section and elastic material EX-HMG gives explosive power and acceleration to shuttle.
Yonex Horizontal A Concept
In Horizontal A concept ,4 main string are kept as horizontal by specially designed and shaped grommets. By doing so , string gets better flex and offer enlarged sweet spot. This helps in effective shot with maximum power even in off center shot hits.
Yonex Aero Frame
In this racket , cross section of frame head is kept as aero type which gives less air resistance as compared to Box type section. This improved aerodynamic shape of frame head gives better head speed and quick repulsion.
