Caps: Caps are used while swimming to keep hair out of swimmers’ faces and goggles straps into place.

Practice Suit: Practice suits are required by the swimmers during workouts.

Women’s Practice Suit: Material used for swimsuits are strong and durable. If clothes are not proper for swimming than it may create extra drag to make the workout more challenging.

Kickboard: This device is used by swimmers during a training session to enhance their kicking skills.

Fins: It is a device that fits on a swimmers feet to increase kicking speed while training.

Paddles: It's a plastic device placed on a swimmers hands during training. The paddles are used to add resistance to the pulling phase of the stroke. There are a variety of paddles available, depending on the stroke you are swimming and the purpose of the pulling drill. 

Pull Buoys: It's a device used by swimmers during a training to enhance body position during pull sets when the swimmers are not kicking.
